Todd Flesner is an independent mortgage broker with Stern Mortgage Company.

As a residential loan specialist, Todd works with people to integrate their real estate financing with their overall financial goals.  A skilled listener and analytical thinker, Todd utilizes his planning and counseling abilities to assist clients in selecting the financing that fits with their objectives.

His active involvement in the community reflects the importance that Todd places on quality of life.  This is a perspective that homeowners find refreshing.

Todd has served a number of local organizations in leadership capacities including as President of the Financial Planning Forum, President of the Milpitas Rotary Club, Treasurer for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley and Chair Board of Directors of Mount Olive Church.

An alum of Arizona State University, in his home-town of Tempe, earning a bachelor’s degree in recreation with an emphasis in non-profit management.  This prepared him for a 14 year career with the YMCA prior to entering the mortgage industry in 1999.

Away from the office Todd enjoys spending time with family.  He and his wife, Cheryl, are active in the academic and extra-curricular activities of their three children Tyler, Tara, and Thomas.  Together they enjoy the outdoors, camping and can be spotted riding ATV’s at Pismo Beach.  Woodworking, in addition to tackling home improvement projects, provides a creative outlet for Todd.

Todd is co-author of the book Mortgages Made Easy, a guide to understanding the home loan process and financing options.
